Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Software Engineers to join our team at various levels. As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex software systems. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from processing-intensive analytics to real-time systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements.
• Work individually or as part of a team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements, and document test results.
• Resolve software problem reports efficiently.
• Utilize appropriate software development methodologies and design principles.
• Provide input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and requirements analysis.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software, correct defects, and optimize performance.
• Participate in improving documentation and software development process standards.
• Design and code new software features or modify existing software as needed.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems.
• Develop data queries for databases or data repositories.
• Write and review software and system documentation.
• Serve as a team lead when required, ensuring project goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer in similar programs and contracts.
• Three (3) years of experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C and Java.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university; or four (4) years of additional Software Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor s degree.

Interview Process:

• Type: Video interviews.
• Number of Interviews: Two to three rounds.
• Interviewers: Experienced managers within our organization.

Additional Information:

• Onsite position, requiring presence at our Fort Meade location on a daily basis.
• Standard working hours apply.
• Limited travel may be required for onsite visits, quarterly meetings, or special functions.
